BeraShield Online orders are shipped to anywhere in the world.
Enjoy Free International Shipping on any $96+ order.
(FedEx International Priority 2~4 days)
But in the special cases described below, there is an additional charge.
'Out of Delivery Area Surcharge ($29)'
FedEx imposes a surcharge for shipments to areas outside those in which its own couriers deliver cargo. In that case, we will inevitably ask for an additional charge. ($29) If your address belongs to ODA, we will contact you via email. If you are in the out of delivery area, you can choose another address that is not charged. (Company, friends' home, etc.)
For shipments which do not qualify for free shipping, shipping costs will be $21.

SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY
If a warranty claim is approved by Smart Guardians Inc., Smart Guardians Inc. will at its option: (1) replace the defective BeraShield Product, (2) replace the defective BeraShield Product with a replacement product of equal or greater value if the original product is no longer available or out of stock; or (3) provide a refund of the original purchase price; provided, however, that (a) if Smart Guardians Inc. is unable to provide replacement because the defective BeraShield Product is no longer available or out of stock or (b) the customer is willing to accept a refund of the purchase price, Smart Guardians Inc. may discharge all such obligations by refunding the original purchase price of the applicable product. All refunds will be paid within thirty (30) days of Smart Guardians Inc.’s payment authorization. Replacement BeraShield Products are warranted as above only for the remainder of the original applicable Limited Warranty Period. This Limited Warranty is a purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy for defective BeraShield Products and only applies to and is non-transferrable from the original end-user purchaser.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Smart Guardians Inc. be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of the use of a BeraShield Product, including, without limitation, property damage, loss of value of a BeraShield Product or any third-party products that are used in or with a BeraShield Product, or loss of use of a BeraShield Product or any third-party products that are used in or with a BeraShield Product, even if Smart Guardians Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Smart Guardians Inc has no liability for any damage or destruction to electronics devices or other personal property that are contained inside or outside BeraShield Products, including, without limitation, laptops, smartphones, cellular phones, mp3 players, DVD players or other handheld devices, or any loss of data contained in the foregoing devices. Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all direct or general damages in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise), the entire aggregate liability of Smart Guardians Inc. and any of its distributors and/or suppliers will be limited to the amount actually paid by customer for any product giving rise to liability. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. The limitations of liability set forth above will apply to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.
Warranty
LIMITED WARRANTY
Smart Guardians Inc. warrants its product (collectively, the “BeraShield Products”) on a limited basis against defects in material or workmanship for their applicable Limited Warranty Period, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Limited Warranty.
LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD
All BeraShield Titanium Case, Battery and Charger products are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
Except as otherwise expressly set forth in this Limited Warranty or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, the entire risk as to the quality and performance of BeraShield Products is with the purchaser. In addition to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, this Limited Warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover defects due to: (1) use in ways other than its intended purpose; (2) alteration or modification in any way; (3) normal wear and tear, and (4) purchased from any source other than a Smart Guardians Inc.-authorized reseller.
Smart Guardians Inc. is not responsible for any goods manufactured by third parties, including counterfeit goods or imitations of BeraShield Products, smartphones, tablets, or other portable electronic devices.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS
To submit a warranty claim, please visit www.berashield.com or contact BeraShield Customer Center by email at: berashield@gmail.com.
All warranty claims must be accompanied with proof of purchase from Smart Guardians Inc. or the Smart Guardians Inc.-authorized reseller, two (2) pictures or videos of the product that is subject to the warranty request, and an identification of the model of product at issue.
